Datuk Dr Mohamed Rafi bin Mohammed Feizal is the Medical Director of Hospital UMRA, a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with 25 years of experience, and a Certified Aesthetic Physician with extensive experience in women’s health. He obtained his medical degree from Mangalore University in 1992 and later completed his Master’s in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at the University of Malaya in 2001, followed by further training in the United Kingdom before returning to Malaysia to continue his specialist practice.

As the Founder of Hospital UMRA, he is dedicated to ensuring that patient safety and satisfaction are always prioritised. His special interests include fertility, sexual health, and aesthetic medicine, with a strong focus on advocating Shariah-compliant aesthetic treatments. His commitment to enhancing personal image in a manner accepted by the Muslim community has earned recognition from the Malaysia Book of Records and the Selangor Fatwa Council, marking Hospital UMRA as the first hospital in Malaysia to offer Shariah-compliant plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic services.

A certified trainer with Fotona Slovenia and a pioneering O&G specialist in Malaysia in the art of laser treatments for vaginal rejuvenation, Datuk Dr Rafi actively conducts courses and hands-on workshops locally and abroad for doctors seeking to advance their skills in aesthetic medicine and holistic wellness.

He also serves as a member of the advisory committee for medical assistance under Lembaga Zakat Selangor, contributing to support for those in need. In 2025, he was appointed as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the School of Medicine, Taylor’s University, where he shares his knowledge and expertise with medical students.
